I mean the police band or the emergency band. They are different frequencies. You know so that the ambulance driver does not talk to the Police man and vica versa.

No sir. They are one in the same. And it is called "public safety" bands. What prevents police man and abulance driver from talking to each other is the fact they are on different frequencies, but nearly all the public safety organizations reside in the appropriate bands delegated to them by the FCC. And nearly any scanner can scan all of them, older scanners sometimes don't do the higher UHF bands like the 800+ but those require relatively newer scanner that supports trunking anyway cause the majority of whats up there is trunked systems.

They usually reside in 150-156, 450-470, 806-824, 851- 869. MHz that is.

Dustin the feed can be found here, but this feed is only City of Pearland (Police, Fire, EMS, Public Works, Animal Control, and Administration). No other cities.

No need in making Tim type frequencies in here for you. Go here and look up whatever you want. Unless you live nearby him you won't be interested in those anyways.

http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/

Any and every frequency you could want.
