I think I had around 16k on my zx-6r when I had the accident with the drunk driver that totaled it. I bought that bike new with 0 miles at the end of October 2007 and rode it until the end of May 2008 when the accident happened, it was my main commuter for a while plus lots of extra fun riding.

I've put over 3k miles on my zx-10r since getting it at the end of May this year. Mostly communting with not too much fun riding due to my busy schedule.

Do about 100 miles a day, not counting weekends. normally.

bought my 06 brand new in june of 06 with 0 miles on it, sitting out in the garage right now with 18k and some change.....but i only have 6-7 month riding season in maine.....
