Donnington Park MotoGP!!!!

So this past sunday i was at the English MotoGP!!!

it was the last one at Donnington and it was AMAZING... a bit cold and wet but absolutely breathtaking...
From all the bikes there which must have been 30,000+ from MV's, to Aprilias, Duc's, Bimotas everything...i honestly think ive seen every production bike for the past 15 years there... every other person that you walked past was in full leathers!!!
and the race was amazing i saw some great passes and some nasty spills...and i even saw Rossi's fall and the caliber of rider he is to get back up and on the bike and to make it back to 5th was awesome...

And Colin Edwards!!! absolutely amazing to make it from the back of the pack to 2nd!!! and i was surprised by the amount of support he had from the crowds being that the brit dont have a favorable impression of texans....or even americans period!
all in all it was an amazing day that i will not forget!

Unfortunately my DSLR stayed in texas due to repairs so only crappy photos...but i will get them up tomorrow!

I'm stewing with jealousy.
Not soo much that you got to see a spectacular race, but more that you get to walk around in full leathers without dying of heat exhaustion.

Whats all this about the Brits not liking us Texans?
They were as nice as could be to me when I was over there. Granted that was almost 2 decades ago.
