I think the law says that u have to have some type of eye protection. either glasses or a windshield.
also do u have your sticker so u can go without a helmet?

^5.00 sticker that shows the popo that you have taken msf and also have appropriate insurance.
I dont know anybody with it, but know tons who ride helmetless. Must be one of thsoe laws they dont hassle ya with unless they get you for something else and tack it on.
