If the basic tune up stuff is good, take a look at your TPS.
Does it only do it when you're up on one, or will it do it under hard acceleration with the front wheel down?

no because sometimes it come up without stuttering. but i never gunned it with the wheel down because im afraid of the stuttering. feels like im hurting my engine. i also hang 2 front wiring harnesses with the tip sensor and both had the same problem. so im still guessing the battery

Batterys are usually good, or not good, and typically don't affect the way a bike runs at a specific rpm.
If you're insistent though, bring the battery by and I'll load test it, no charge.

My bike would turn over fine. Run fine until I got hard on the gas while on the track it would lose power for a few seconds and my FI light would come on. I would let off the gas it would settle down and ride fine until it decided to do it again. I had a couple people ride it while at the track and one guy rode it HARD for about 15 minutes and then all of a sudden it did it again. He told me it was the battery. Something about a Honda constantly pulls on a battery. I thought he was nuts because I never had a problem cranking the bike and every time we tested it with a volts meter it tested good. Finally I took it to the Honda shop and hooked it up to the computer and the showed the battery. Changed it out and haven't had a problem since.

You can try everything else and if that doesn't work might want to just change the battery.

If your battery keeps going down check the charging system. You can run a battery down very quickly if the stator is not putting out the proper amount of voltage. Again with the do you have a DMM question!
