600rr hesitating under hard acceleration

i have an 03 600rr with 11k miles. and i been doing clutch wheelies for a while now in 1st gear. so im having a little problem with the bike now. when i clutch the bike up, it stutters lil it doesnt have enough power. i thought maybe because the bikes not warmed up yet, but even after a good ride, same thing. and sometimes my battery dies out. but i charged it with a battery tender overnight to see if that was the problem. took it out the next morning, same thing. idk whats wrong? any help would be appreciated. and i havent tried gunning the bike in 1st, because im scared it would hesitate. thanks

Check basic stuff first: air filter, airbox full of oil from wheelies, plugs.

sounds like you have problems with electrical if are having charging problems. Check the battery terminals. Loose connection or dead battery will have this stuttering problems, too.

doubt its the battery, funny thing is I have been practicing wheelies and noticed after a month considerable lag at the 1/4 mile track almost like the motor bogs down its annoying im going to check the plugs. whens the last time you put new plugs in it? also what temps does your bike run at? like at lights while cruising etc.... mine always seems really high.

I have experienced a few bikes that don't run right with a dead or weak battery or connection. Check it out, doesn't cost you anything to ensure things are tight and connected.

Any powersports vehicle with a DC system will act up with a weak battery or a bad charging system, because they need the battery in the loop. do you have a DMM?

You just need to get use to the different power band. I do all my wheelies stock gearing.
