20YO Dies on SS here in Arlignton

http://www.dfw.com/mld/dfw/news/14196986.htm

Motorcyclist, 20, dies in accident
By MARK AGEE
Star-Telegram Staff Writer

ARLINGTON -- A 20-year-old Arlington man was killed in an accident that may have involved drunken driving early Sunday morning, police said.

Cody Lee Emberton was driving a motorcycle west in the 1700 block of East Division Street when an Oldsmobile Cutlass pulled out in front of him, according to a police news release.

The car's driver, Benjamin Madrid Jr., 19, of Dallas, was arrested on suspicion of intoxication manslaughter. Madrid remained in the Arlington Jail late Sunday in lieu of $55,000 bail.

Emberton's death was Arlington's 12th traffic death this year.
