Lets kick around a Sealy trip for saturday.....Let those Mathews boys run us into the ground....

I just hope my clutch works ok.....Feels aweful grabby....it needs a clutch cushion bad.

I'm gonna try to get to HRP early friday. I will need a lot of passes to get use to this thing. Gonna be a hot biotch though.....not good for HP, nor is it good for my in those leathers...

Oh yeah, definetly trailer to Sealy.... I am trailering to HRP.....No way I will feel like riding back after sitting in leathers for 5hrs. Don't you or Joe know someone with a trailer? My trailer only carries one....What about slapping it in the back of your truck?

They said they had the 190/50/17 in stock. I called 3 different times to verify. Joe took the bike in for me as I was busy. They tried to put a 55 on it. Joe checked and told them it was the wrong tire. Then they tried to tell him what tire he wanted. After he refused to give in they started telling him the BT016 was junk anyway.I was in a bind for a tire, so I told him to go ahead and get the PP 2ct. It was not the tire or the price they told me they had. I would have gone anywhere esle had they told be all they had was the 55. It was typical of the stories you hear about the place.

The last set I got for the 1000 I paid $350 installed for both, ride in/ride out....Pilot Powers....I thought that was pretty good but it was a couple years ago. Then I went and got the rear tire for the busa back in Mar before the mile and I paid like $220 installed, OFF the bike. I thought that was a little high. Maybe they are raising prices to adjust to the economy/lack of volume.

I'm telling you guys, I am buying a tire changing machine when I get my storage building built, no more getting raped on tires. You can mail order tires SOOOO much cheaper.

changing oil on my 10 is rediculously easy,i don't even loosen fairings.
on my gen1 busas, a k&n filter helped, due to the lack of clearance in front of the filter. the gen2's, i know, are a bit tougher.
but yeah, discount did overturque the nut on my front axle, resulting in a mushroomed axle. cost an hours labor at cyclestop to tweak
