Are the waves from vibration or heat from the exhaust?

Didn't know you had a camera back there. Pretty cool.

I was coming out of the key hole and noticed a mustard yellow blur coming right at me. My though process went a little like this...brake to avoid contact or accelerate. GAS! GAS! GAS! Whoa, that was close.

Job well done on keeping it upright... I would have been cartwheeling across the infield...

I was testing a new camera.... this one...

http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/...:dg_cc_gglsrch

The vibration, I believe is due to the rotating lens. I had a hack in place to hold it steady, but obviously it couldn't handle certain vibration frequencies. The image quality is pretty spectacular, but the unit seems to have some issues with turning off and with the battery.

I'm likely going to return it.
