My condolences to you and your family. Sh*t like this doesn't deserve to be wasting air in this world.

He doesn't show any previous convictions, at 5'5" 150# he's gonna make someone a good wife in jail for sure. He's going to be in court Thurs morning, maybe it will make the news tomorrow.

UPDATE !!!

I know this thread is old and all but there are a couple people on here that are following this story so I was just giving an updated on the status of my sisters case.

This past Thursday they set a $250K bond on my sisters killer after him being locked up since November. This morning (1:30 am) we got a call notifying us that he is now out of jail and has made bond. His trial is set for Oct. 12 2007. What the is wrong with our justice system that makes it OK for killers to walk our streets ???? This SOB was charged with Capital Murder and he gets to go home and spend time with his wife and kid while my family lives in fear knowing he's on our streets...WTF !!!!! :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead:

You know, in the old days, they left this loop hole (bond) for the accuser to walk so the victim's family could have a chance to get even. Or, it could be because the accuser is innocent.:dontknow:
