How bout that face?

Anybody know that guy that crashed last night??

Hope he's ok. Didn't have ANY gear on, looks like his face took most of the crash...

I heard he hit a pothole. That road is def a recipe for disaster.

I was there around 9pm and saw this one guy roll up, on a blue/white GSRX, no helmet/gear, wearing some long pointy white shoes, and he didn't look steady either.... looked very squidish... was that the guy who went down?

Strange how so often the the two conditions of "no gear" and "riding stupid" go hand in hand though. Wearing gear demonstrates the riders understanding of the consequences of even a minor spill and the resultant physical damage that can occur. This awareness often prevents that same rider from behaving irresponsibly on the bike to the point of obvious danger. While this is not an absolute rule it tends to remain generally valid.

And some guys will think they're invincible, and can ride stupid, simply because they wear full gear. Strange, eh?
