Would Yates have beat Hayes at Mid Ohio

If Johnny Rock Page would have gotten the out of the way do you think Yates would have gotten Hayes?

I also believe that Yates would have past Hayes because Yates was on the hunt and his lap time was better than Hayes. It clearly showed that Johnny "Cockblock" Page ruined it.
