the Woodlands is a masterplanned suburb mostly in a unsanctioned area between Spring, Oakridge and Shenandoah. But is recognized as its own proper.

It wont. When was your last update?

BMW's latest version does recognize it. My address is infact "the woodlands, tx" and wont come up under spring or shenadoah

That is because is is NOT a city. FWIW Spring is not a city either.

Try using Spring and the zip code and it should work fine.
