Thoughts on this Helmet

HJS FS-15

How's the vision, weight, noise level and comfort?? Anyone crash in one and if so, how did it fair??

I like the design of this helmet but not sure about the cattle head. It's the Elbowz II helmet for Spies.

Definetly a cool design.
Sorry I can't comment on anything else having never owned one.
I never buy a lid without trying it on first.

I agree with Rojer, the rx7 solid design looks very good and it's fairly light but it's quite noisy at high speeds.

Love the Spies lid, been waiting on it to come out. Ive worn a few Arai's, but I cant stand the visor whistling when its up..
Ive had the AGV stealth and it's not a bad helmet for the price (held up great in my lowside), but it is loud/noisy

I figure he might care about such details. And wearing ear plugs is what I do indeed.

I have an Arai Vector. Very good aerodynamics at speeds. Good on noise. I don't expect low noise with visor up. Very good airflow vents - one near back, one on top, two by forehead, and one near mouth. Fits oval shaped head. I have heard the best helmets for noise are Arai and Shoei. Try this link http://www.webbikeworld.com/r2/motor...et/arai-vector.

Each of those helmet will fit differently. Anyone of those are great helmets. You will likely have to try one and see if it fits well with your shape of head. I have an rx7, but it doesn't fit as well as my X11. I like the shoei more than the arai, but worry about fit more than anything else.
