There are only three or four- they all charge the same, but one of them has an earlier (by about 100 yards) exit. I'm sure there is no difference in the businesses.

The Comal is billed as the shortest river in the world at only 2.5 miles. It's spring fed and cold, but it's deep water the entire ride (except at the second tube shute). It's definitely worth it! We had a blast! Would liked to have had some string to hold us together, though.

Ya, would only do the string after the tube chutes though. May not be a bad idea to have something with clips or otherwise to make for easy removal when we cause a traffic jam.

F*ck the Comal....cops are dicks there...spent 8 hours in county for no reason....never again. Toob the Guadalupe, outside the city limits...no liquor restrictions (except small plastic containers..i.e. jello shots), you can get rowdy, and have little to zero worries. Not the same on the Comal.

ya. Rope or webbing, either one with carabiners would work perfect.

I told the cops to show me their .

We did play in the Guadalupe in the evenings, because it was low enough and right across the street from the campground to bring the cooler and chairs and just sit and drink.

That's what we do, but we camp on the river side (Mountain Breeze, much better than OHenrys IMO)....tube once or twice and then sit in the water drinking beer, throwing footballs, chillin and relaxin!

I stayed at Mountain Breeze once and didn't care for it. I actually liked O'Henry's better.

well, different strokes for different folks. They had live bands for Saturday night, volleyball until all hours of the night, horseshoes, we set up washers and ladder golf....anyhow, I'm sure they are all similar in one way or another. Any time at the river is a good time, unless you go to jail.
