Started riding dirt bikes when I was like 5. At like 6 or 7 I slammed into a brick wall with no gear on, full throttle. Still rode for years after that.

I'm sure others on here will have much worse stories, but it's up to the kid. Either they'll get up, shake it off and keep riding. Or, maybe it's not really their time.

As young as possible! Megan has been riding in full gear with her parents, Striker and Tyme2move for years. She had training wheels on her fiddy, too. She's recently gotten them off, though (six now).

Everybody wrecks - kids bounce.

If your child wants to ride, put them on a small bike like the electric. It may be slow for you but to a child is plenty fast. When they can mastered that, you can upgrade it to a gasoline/bigger engine.

How old is your kid ? My son started right after birth , he was a quick learner .



NO TRAINING WHEELS on a dirtbike ! If you need 4 wheels to ride get a fourwheeler .

put my son on his new 4wheeler today. teaching him throttle control Vs speed. hes doing well. im going to have to find a new brake lever, the stock one is too far out for his hand to reach.

my sons gonna be three in a few months and he's straight up a little stunt rider in training..he has a plastic little four wheeler thay he stunts on..anyways im gonna try to have him on a pw50 in the next 6 months...or maybe another crf50
