Is this a good buy? it looks to be part aluminum and part steel. The price seems to be good. Oh and what is a 520 conversion? If that is not stock, what is stock?

Yes the chain and sprockets looks to be a good deal i guess. No need to switch to a 520 conversion unless your looking to become a racer. If you use the search function you will find that. Generally a 525 is a stock set up for the 600 bikes.
