SHNF July 18th...

Anyone interested in going? There is a small group of people talking about going over on thumpertalk.com and ktmtalk.com

I think they are meeting at kelly's pond at 8:00am, riding at 8:30am.

I could potentially be down for a Saturday morning run. Got a side job that I hope to have completed by Friday....I'm tentative, but I'd say 65% chance I'll be able to make it. As long as we do more than 11 miles

I'm going to stick with Kelly's pond... I have a co-worker and his son coming out to the forest for the first time and I'm not sure what type of pace they are going to be doing. They have to stop off at the ranger's station as well, so we probably won't get there until close to 8:30, and ride at 9:00... I think it's going to be a slow ride for them...

...count me out then...DBuck doesn't undertand slow.

actually, it's raining now...I bet the trails will be nice.

But I honestly am not looking to troll through the woods. moderate to qucik pace is my style.

Typically a total of 25 to 35 miles... 2 to 3 hours depending on breaks, stops, etc.

dbuck... if you want to meet us out there, we could go at our pace, and just wait up for them? We'll probably get there around 8:30 and start riding at 9:00.

The group from Two Wheel Texan and Thumper Talk looks to be agroup of about 10 guys, all different speeds. They are meeting at 8:00 and start to ride at 8:30

Great ride... rode just over 30 miles.

I guess they got some rain either last night or this morning... no dust, dirt and sand was nice and tacky! Perfect conditions!!
