If there was a crash report done and the officer told you she was at fault then theres no question about it...just go get a copy of the report in about 7-10 days and give it to your insurance company.

Yes a crash report was done, and everything is rolling smoothly... I got a lawyer thanks to a good buddy from MH because she's still saying that she didnt hit me so I'll let yall know how it goes....

One thing to point out to her, is that she didn't have to hit your bike to knock you over. She could've just as likely hit your elbow, leg, knees, etc., therefore her "no yellow paint" argument is bs. Recollect your memory about the accident, now that you've had time to get over the initial shock. Did, by any chance, she hit any part of your body, and you just didn't realize it until now? Make ya wanna go "Hmmmmm?!"

the hospital did cut my shirt off because I couldnt raise my left arm to take it off.... Yea thats what I explained to the cop, im on a bike and it didnt take much for her to knock me off... I should have more pics of the wounds if my girl comes over today and i find my charger to my camera..

Once I repair the bike those will be the first things going back on there... They did their ****ing job to the max and I recommend anybody riding without the to get them..
