prolly just a couple of weeks if all goes smoothly. she doesn't have to touch you to be at fault. if she got the ticket, her insurance will be paying, don't worry.

No joke. I go their pretty often, and they have always said, they only change tires if you bring them the wheel off of the bike.

The thing is, at $30 per tire. Your looking at an extra $60 you gotta spend just to have tires put on. , save that money and check out some MH connections and put that money towards a better set of tires priced at an MH discount.

I know.. this stupid had no signal, didnt look or anything... What I was trying to get her to realize is I was on a bike and it dont take much to knock me off balance... I still cant get over the fact that she say i fell by myself...

Any idea how long these insurance people take to work on these types of cases?
if she didnt see you, how can she be certain that she didnt hit you. you have a withness who was following you. it all will come down to he said she said, but make sure they pay for your gears as well. if they are paying.

honestly I been thinking about that since the wreck happened.. Like I said, I wasnt speeding, wasnt in a rush and had just left the house only 5 minutes down the street... A lot of people are asking me why this and why that but everything happens so fast and honestly it did scare me to see a 1500 pound car or more closing in on me that fast.... Then i couldnt go to the left because there was a median and if i would have hit that my damage to the bike and myself prolly would have been much worse. I just thank for letting me walk away and letting me still be here to talk about it to you guys...

My shoulder is killing me but other than that im ok, just hoping I can get my bike back together

Because she's saying if she would have hit me it would have been yellow paint on her car which isnt true.... Her car is three or four times the weight of my bike and im on 2 wheels so any little thing can and will knock me off balance... I know she hit me because my bike started to wobble very hard then it came from under me...

insurance will try to fight it if she says she didnt hit you but, witness is all you need to fix that. they accept liability at that point especially with you going to ER, make sure all that is covered too...if not...hire an attorney. that will take longer but you will get more.

Contact the police department and see if a report has been filed. Most likely there has been on already because they showed up. Contact both insurance agencies and have a copy of the report sent to the agency.

I dont even think that this is necessary. You'll be fine.

that sucks that happened, but glad your ok. and glad she stopped...

it sucks dealing with insurance. a dump truck driver guy hit the rear of my dads TL and ripped the bumper off. then the police report even said its the dump truck drivers fault and its been over 3 months now and still nothing from the insurance because the driver told a different story than the story my dad told the insurance company, even thou the police report clearly states it was the dump truck drivers fault.

good luck with everything. and no-name insurance companies FTL!
