Cycle Shack north in Conroe sells the tpw stickers (call tomorrow to confirm they have some) you can pick one up on the way, dont forget $5.00 cash to stuff in the box at the trailhead.

I've heard a good size gang of friends from Thumpertalk & TWT are gonna be at kelly pond sat morning... I'm not sure If I'll make it out there for this one but they are a good bunch of dudes to ride with.

I personally dont recommend anyone ride offroad anywhere alone, last time I rode shnf alone I hit an 18" deep rut at about 25mph and sprained my ankle pretty badly about halfway through an 11 mile loop... That particular one is the shortest loop out there so if something happens or you get lost your quite a ways off the beaten path usually with little or no cell phone coverage. Come on out there sat. morning there will be a few others new to the place & riders of all skill levels on bikes from 250's to 650's. I'm kinda leaning toward making it out there sat... Sounds like a good time!

What time?

Where's Clark?
Where's Danny?

I wont be able to get there until 8:30 or 9:00 since I'll be coming from work but the rest of the gang are shooting for 8:00. Clark is sure to chime in... maybe he can peddle some kittens to someone out there Looks like a pretty good turn out

If you're not going to get there a little later, do just want to meet at stubblefield and hit the balloon loop?

Where abouts are these trails? I can't make it this weekend, but am looking for a few other places to ride.

On a SHNF note, I will be back in town tuesday, and will be up for riding the forest next week or weekend. Anybody got SHNF plans?

SHNF multi use trails are located west of 45 at exit F.M. 1475 (right after the DPS weigh Station). Hang a left and Stubblefield is on the right a few miles after the ranger station. Kelly's Pond is another 12 miles west or so I think.
