not enough mass and don't do any damage -

now Gatorade bottles filled with concrete might work....

Maybe an assault rifle across the back would get people's attention?

Cops won't do about it.

I was on the fwy in the cage at 3AM once. Saw a drunk driver going from far left to far right lane. Called the police, dumbass operator said 'we have to have a physical address before we can dispatch'. WTF? By the time I pull over and get an address he'll be long gone. No more good samaritan BS, I just stay out of their way now.

A dealership guy once told me that you can report that license plate as "emitting excessive smog" then Texas will call that vehicle in for an emissions test. I bet you can find something in google. It doesn't save you any headache, but it causes the land rover to have to go through a few hoops.

I know youre not being a and 99% of time I do ride way faster than speed flow but today I was cruising - taking it easy. In this case it was not a case of forgetting or not seeing me - it was just blantant disregard.

Yea in addition to that bastich...I witnessed 4 near-misses for accidents today. Must have been the full moon that I saw when I left the house at 5AM this morning.

I have been doing that commute for 8 months on the bike, rain or shine, with 11,000 miles on the odometer. This really the first time someone really did that...then he waved at me in his rear view mirror. Oh well.

this is a good reason to setup a bike cam. record your commute and just tape over it daily. someone pulls some crazy , maybe you can get it on tape and press charges...

I hate going through that spot in the car, forget about a bike. I'm always real careful around off-ramps and freeway splits. Any place that requires a driver to decide what lane they need to be in will guarantee that someone will decide at the last second they're in the wrong one and swerve over to another lane. You know, the one you're in.

Had an identical experience and came to the same conclusion.
