Exclamation Can we report cagers who intentionally endanger bikers?

So I have this long a$$ commute every day from Humble to the Galleria. Today on the way back home, I was cruising on I610 northeast bound between Post Oak and the 290 interchange. I am always mindful at that intersection as its not a great switchover. Anyways, I am going at a moderate 65MPH when all the sudden I see a Blue Range Rover with license plate (TX) 888-HZV coming on my left side pretty quickly. He then went parallel and slightly ahead of me and came over to my lane to the point where have his vehicle was on my lane and I had to be on the complete right. In order avoid the collision I had slow down so I would end up behind him. So basically, he forced his way onto my lane. I was so mad, cause he saw me as he came from behind, then come across into me from the front.

Any way I can report this to the HPD or something or as a rider am I SOL?

And who does 65 on the freeway?
The flow of traffic was just that speed due to the traffic. Was in the very middle lane.

Yea thats what I thought - cant do a thing - checking. I have been doing that interchange for a couple years but never had that happen. Usually its because they dont see me. I know he saw me cause he did that stupid wave in the mirror.

Of course I've taken the MSF course.

Anyways I am always cautious on that intersection and always defensive there.

yeah. i was riding (the speed limit as usual) and got cut off by a maniac in a blue honda accord two door. There's nothign that police will do about it. You just have to be on the lookout for these idiots who use their car like a ballistic missile.

I always ride faster than the flow. It is safer. Plus I like to get there faster.
