Would somebody with experience taking a totaled bike and fixing it and then getting a salvage title, please drop me a PM?

Thanks,

What if you have no title?

Long story but i don't have a title for the bike i'm putting together right now, had a bill of sale but a friend that was going to buy it took it to see about a title got into some trouble and i can't get it back etc...

It's not stolen it was a salvage and the salvage title was "lost"
