Chum...

I might make it to the forest ride this sat.
I'm in Katy, but can meet you at I-10 and I-45?
If you don't know your way into Houston, I can maybe meet you as far as 610 and 288.
We can take 45N from there.

I wont have internet access after Tuesday night so call or text later in the week if you're interested.

Rain will just clean the road and the sun will dry it out by Saturday morning

We will watch the weather and hope for the best.

Being a noob ride it likely will be canceled. If we are on the post beforehand, I will still show up at the meet spot(rain doesn't bother me) and we can do breakfast minimal.

If you enjoyed the ride, made it to Yankees for lunch without running off the road or falling down, and didn't have anyone say "hey you did and please refrain from doing it again" then you did just fine.

I'm really gonna try to make this ride. I start a new job on Monday and don't know how busy it will keep me for the rest of the season. I'll add my name to the list when I know for sure.

Cali---

Just an idea. In light of the reputation that 3090 has, is there any way to maybe have a couple of people on the Roadside Assistance thread on standby in case someone goes down?
http://www.motohouston.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=96948

Another thing I noticed on the last Yankees ride was alot of riders (who knew their way there and back) were leaving early, and some of the riders that don't know their way back were kinda left behind. Any way to better organize the groups leaving Yankee's?

+1 on that point. The rides up are VERY well organized. The return trips are more of a fend for yourself deal. If the group leaders can simply announce when they plan to leave Yankee's then anyone in their group or other groups can fall in at that time.
