You know whats kinda sad to think.. theres some 80 year old guy out there, who's been saving up all winter long for his very own custom wood working set.. who is rubbing his chin trying to figure out how the heck he's supposed to shape wood with a couple of metal pegs

i work out with 175-205 with increments 5 sets... 205 = 1 rep usualy cuz im tired.. hopefullys my goes up soon :(

i dont know my max cuz im unsafe and dont have a spotter
i just yell if i need help
