owners of scorpion ex0 700's

my 700's rubber ring around the base of the helmet is beginning to come off. i have had this lid for maybe a year and not mistreated it. anyone else having his problem? has anyone gone through this? does scorpion have any sort of repair or replacement policy? would it be ok to just throw some glue on the seam where the rubber is coming off?

my hjc started to do thag too... dont see why a lil glue would help, but i could be wrong. sometimes glue tends to eat through some composite materials. i simply retired it and bought a shoei
