I gotta tear the motor completely down and have the cases bored
I may do this myself, but for the price, I am thinking I will let them do it since they already have the program written for it. dunno yet.

BIG HOLES

Accurate and precise case boring is critical to the success of your big bore project! NRHS has extensive experience in this specialized procedure and will bore your cases on a state-of-the-art CNC machine for unsurpassed precision and quality.

bolt on with the case boring needed and it puts you in the 120+ hp range, with head work and such in the 130 range, with the turbo, I have at low boost, I know a guy who dynos 160+
thats on a sporty with as much torque, it = one nasty ride
add a small shot of nx and
to compare it to a rice rocket with 150hp, I'll leave him in the dust due to the wicked v-twin torque. that what most folks dont understand about HD's, they make less power with antiquated motor styling (pushrod style, air cooled) but produce gobs and gobs of torque, and torque is what gets you moving, add that to high hp and its gonna be a sick sporty, just gotta do a fuel set up to feed it, cause its gonna be hungry. I'm gonna start the tear down tomorrow

Sam Dakin has a stretched turbo 88cu in sporty that he has set land speed records with at bonneville, same setup and turbo I have

don't you need cams with more lift/duration to properly feed those jugs? volumetric efficiency will suffer dramatically me thinks. is you sporster carbed or EFI?

Well thats mostly true scoot. and if you can ride that thing you will get them to about the 1/8th but in some instances (of cource i am being very brod) they will pull you very hard on the last half....Dont get me wrong that is going to be one sick bike and im assuming it will still be streetable..If so thats the type of street bike i would like to have...

Now why not make a goal for 200hp or better yet about 225hp..Thats something i would be proud of...

in the harley world, i dont think there are many in our area over 150 or anywhere near that in fact. 150 on a harley motor makes for a mean sob.
that is a decent goal and with spray on the turbo, it obviously goes higher than 160 if it stays together. and the 1/4 mile would be deadly, no way a somewhat comparable high rpm machine without the torque would overtake in a 1/4, now top end would be different, they still got their rpm's and aerodynamics to do the high mph with.
This bike will be a 1/4 mile killer and thats about it. Totally streetable with the cam choice, but basically all I do anyway is cruise and haul a couple gears once in a while, dont care to run around at 140 mph plus. To me, the fun is feeling the rush getting there.

There will always be someone faster no matter what ya do:icon_bigg

really, dont care what it would be, I just know I would be able to whip the majority if not all the local harleys and probably 1/2 of the rice critters in the area
, as it is now, ifn' I would do the larger fuel line, it would whoop most already, it hauls major doo-doo and the "pull" is the fun part

I dunno what it does now, but at 8# boost, its a sight faster if I could feed it enough fuel. I just havent gotten around to doing the fuel mod yet because when i ride it does fine and I just romp on it every once in a while just to goof off. To really race anybody i would have to do the bigger petcock and lines to the carb, but its good for a gear or two now before it sucks it dry.
If I was to guess, I would think its at 100HP and 100 torque area now with the turbo, that makes for a pretty quick sporty already. eats up most big twins easily.

I would say 10's easily on low boost and pump gas, with the new forged goodies, I will be able to run 15# and race gas and then its gonna be
