Actually, working in the restraunt, I saw a lot of cops make questionable decisions.. Most of it involved sexually harrassing females. But not always.. officer Cook used to always shaft us all too.. that his 20% police discount wasnt enough.. Anyways he went to pay his tab once, half a blunt fell from his wallet when he removed his card, he just looked at me and was like, you didnt see that. I thought forsure I'd finally get a tip outta him... Nope, stiffed me again.

Sorry to say, though they may have wanted to ticket you, they probably found it attractive to see a chick on a bike and were going to just try to stop you and Harrass you.

Although I do believe the part about cheap cops about discounts...LOL

What if the waitress hit on the Officer? Although I will say in 18yrs, I have never had any woman flirt with me....might be cause Im an ? Nah, its cause Im ugly....LOL

Worst thing I ever did was this...

Him - "We don't give you discounts, you make more money than anyone!"

Me - "What?"

Him - "You heard me."

Me - "That's cool. I'd much rather pay than take from a minimum wage employee."

Him - "What?"

Me - "You heard me."

Here's another one.

My friend and I were coming back from a downhill event in San Marcos. I'm doing a solid 60 like always to conserve gas. I'm in a small pack of cars and at least one car passes me doing at least 80 in a 70. Look over to my left to see an Leo sitting in the bushes moving out to get that guy. As everybody had sped away from me because I'm still doing 60. The cop pulls up to my window and stares at us then pulls behind me and follows ON MY for about five minutes.

Then he speeds off, pulls in my lane far ahead and then slows to roughly 45mph without touching the brakes causing me to change lanes and pass him. I'm a methodical driver so using turn signals is part of changing lanes by reflex. I'm immediately pulled over after I make the pass.

I was told I was pulled over for not signalling 100 yards before changing lanes which I knew was not a crime. He was referring to the 100ft mandate, but I said nothing and nodded along. The officer asked me way too many questions about what I was doing and where I was coming from which I answered all of them accurately.

The man asked if he could pat me for weapons and I agreed to ease any suspicions. He then asked if he could search my vehicle for anything he might need to know about.

I refused.

Now this guy was off for some reason. Apparently he doesn't appreciate anybody exercising any sort of constitutional rights to privacy and protection from unreasonable searches.

He cuffed me and positioned me awkwardly on the ground while requesting backup claiming he had detained a suspect who was giving him a lot of trouble.

My friend was told to stay in the car.
2 squad cars arrive with two officers each to further question us both. Now the initial officer and another one were playing good cop bad cop with us. It was disgusting.

We were told that because of our suspicious behavior, a k9 unit would be called in and it was.

45 minutes later, the dog starts sniffing my deceased grandfather's truck then stops. The cops all look around at eachother and the original guy starts whispering to the dog guy for a good 10 minutes. He then comes up to me and says that because the dog scratched my door (which it did not and is not an indication of a positive find anyway), they were going to proceed to search my truck.

They tore it apart. Plastics were off, all my papers for work scattered, food dumped everywhere, ashtray emptied on my seat. They searched it HARD...

While the guy was writing me a warning he was clearly on the edge of beating me to a pulp, his face crimson and his speech broken with his eye twitching. He scolded me about respecting authority and I returned to my once beautifully kept interior. 2 and a half hours later.

That wasn't the end of it either.

A car I thought was just a speeder and was going to pass me didn't. They slowed a few car lengths back and matched my speed for about 5 minutes. It was a silver crown Vic.

Feeling threatened for my safety I looked for the nearest exit. I then slowed so the car was right behind me then veered off at an exit leaving no time for the trailing car to react.

As I looked back the car had slammed to a stop on the overpass shoulder as I entered a gas station. The car then sped away and that was the end of that.

Meanwhile, Syrian government is slaughtering their citizens.

I would rather be killed by man in plainclothes than one in a uniform any day.

Police arrest Santa Claus in Austin for drawing on the sidewalk with chalk, which is considered by court precedent to be protected 1st amendment speech.

Which one is it, and what are the requirements in keeping your "motorcycle cop" status.

No criminal mischief was reported by any witnesses.
It was a baseless charge.

The officers clearly state the reason for his detainment was for "chalking the sidewalk."

So all witnesses interpret law? Interesting. Are you also saying that chalk can't be used to create graffiti?

Maybe I can color on the glass that protects the US Constitution and Declaration of Independence

Maybe, bevo.
Check your local laws and read court proceedings.

Maybe the Ku Klux Klan and Neo Nazis can come over to your house with their kids to draw "KKK" and swastikas on the public sidewalk in front of your home. Would that be fun?

Yep, and I would respect their right to do so.
If they would like to take it any further, I have a few 5.56 rounds chambered.
