hm...i'll need to practice ride by swinging. low speed+noob rider+trying to punch = squirrely bike. would be embarassing if i crashed into an innocent 3rd party vehicle.

did lane splitting all the the time in California and never had incidents where cagers would get in a rage but here in hillbilly , Tx aka as Houston I have encountered nothing but asshats . Seems like passing is a swinging contest here.

I believe the problem might be the fact that it's legal in California. So, cagers are used to it. In Texas, it's illegal, and cagers are NOT used to it.

I've passed 4 or 5 of them, they don't seem to even mind as long as you're not cutting around like a hooligan. I came up around one and made a right turn at the light and he didn't seem to care.
