Rev limiter = Small ego, look at me!

Constant blipping = Are you watching? Cause I'm nervous. And have a small ego.

Ego =

We just talked about this at EZ last week too.

So many of the people I see doing this kinda shyt hardly even look like they're in full control of thier bike ... they look like they can hardly keep balance and may tip over at any moment.

Harleys I can understand.

U take a v-twin that is carburated and run it under a bridge where the shadow creates cooler, denser air it will rev up a little.

Sport bikes... I dont see why this happens. Im guessing the vibrations are getting the lil punks off so they get twitch happy in their pleasure hand.

Your bike doesnt sound any better than anyones else. And as a matter of fact, some of them sound terrible. And teh straight pipe guys, dont even get me started. Furthermore, it attracts alot of attention.

Just curious, what is the line of thought behind this? Give me some good reasons and I just might do it too.
you didnt know? it makes your bike faster...way faster

Hey I run my pipe rich. I read this whole thread and im thinking it was made pointed at me.. Lmao I've hit the rev limiter 2 times. Both doing wheelies. But other than that I've never hit rev limiter at a red light or at pp1. I give it a rev YES but I don't red line.

Thanks BFF...

One day after work and a few beers the crew and I cold started my old Pinto and put a brick on the gas pedal. It screamed for about 2 min. before it itself. We then took turns attacking it with a forklift.
Good times
Anyway that’s the ONLY situation where it’s ok to do that kinda thing to an engine. There ought to be a law, like for child abuse.

The akropovic pipes run rich with the pcIII mapped. That's all. I get a good flame out of it with I give it a small rev. (Small rev does the trick. Just a quick pull) and when I gear up and down. Looks good if you ask me. I run a shortie pipe. And the flames come to my tail section. (No joke)..

Poser Point. and it was given the designation "1" when PP2 was established in circa 2005.
