lol at W belfort type...

on a side note...

This is funny :

bout 4 yrs ago, I was in galveston county on a traffic warrant....

I remember a city cop bringing a hooker in on solicitation... she was the" W Belfort type"

I thought it odd, to see a city cop bring her into CNTY.. For some reason the cops face stuck in my head...

a yr later, Courtney and I went to a club in galveston, THAT COP worked the door.... I was like "HEY!, I know you, you brought in the hooker when I was in county!.......He looks at Courtney and says....."The new guy eh?"

The cop was her EX

boycot g town

I have spent the night in gtown jail. They have the most Racist PIGS on earth.
They violated my rights and did not even give me the oportunity to make a phone call. I was out of touch with my family for 12 hours ,and they could have bailed me out before i even got booked. their jail Suked. Never Again,

No offense to all the (good POPO) here, Which is in my opinion an oxymoron .

Speed is free. SO DO IT. Safely!! 101 is not speeding its wreckless driving.
the cop Makes that call though.

Didn't the new law concerning speed go into affect 9/1? 25 over, or past 97 I think is free ride?

I can see BlkNBlue05 didn't explain, Basically got busted for doing 103mhp, no licensee, tags on the bike won't up to date and they impound his bike. Then let him out on PR 24 hours later. Cost him $260 to get his bike back. BLAH BLAH

Any how didn't get other 2 riders # R1 & Gxxer 1000.. Hit me up
what up matt. for any body thinkin the other two bikes rolled off that was me and burns. r1-burns gixxer 1theezy-me. me and burns saw the whole thing before it played out. that was a perfect spiderweb. the cop wasn't patrollin the feeder, he was waitin for someone on the freeway to speed. as soon as u 3 saw and passed the cop you all thought it was time to go fast. wrong. the cop was anticipating that. as soon as u passed him up he darted onto the freeway. thats why he was waiting on the feeder before an onramp. when he got on he had plenty of time to catch up with u 3 because the traffic got thick. thus the term-spiderweb. me and burns pulled over 5 exits down and called the other jason (01 r1) right away to offer help. we'd never just bail out when a friend gets pulled over. jason said there was nothin he could do to help. so he just said he was gonna roll out. we then did the same. as soon as we saw the cop me and burns rode speed limit with our left hand on our hip to show we were ridin slow. u 3 darted off and we weren't gonna speed to catch up with u. thats the story. what up matt! u rollin with us today from sugarland, hit me up

a sportbike and a dirtbike

the time I spent 2 days in county for going 105 in a 55... a few months later I had my court date and the DA was the coolest ever. Said if I'd go give $50 to the local animal shelter and bring him back the receipt he'd drop everthing. He said he felt bad for me having to spend 2 days in jail and that was time served as far as he was concerned not to mention the 200+ I paid to get my (scratched up) bike out of impound. So I went, paid the $50 and sure enough, he dismissed the charges! I got LUCKY in that respect, I am sure it could have been worse. DId I mention the fuggers somehow scratched my baby? I had to watch a cop RIDE my bike to the impound, they didn't tow it. Seemed kinda weird to me at the time, I guess he wanted to taste my baby's hotness. lol

As far as I know, you can still take defensive driving up to 25 (24 and lower) miles over the speed limit.

There are stretches of I-10 out past Kerr County where the speed limit is 80 now!!

That means, theoretically, you could pull DD for going 104 MPH!!

If a new law has been adopted in Texas that establishes a threshold for an automatic trip to jail, I haven't heard about it.

As far as I know, when you go to jail for excessive speed they're going to call it wreckless driving - and this is entirely up to the cop. They could take you for one mile per hour over the limit if the cop wanted to call it wreckless and the DA took the charges.
