My CMRA Thanks

Man, it was a hot weekend and there were a ton of crashes. I'll make this all quick, but thanks a ton to everyone from Alonzo, Tony, Blake Cochran, Fabian, Melanie and all others in the pits for their help as usual. From a financial aspect, even though she's not here, a BIG thanks to my mom for providing me with a sticky new Dunlop 211 to run in the Superbike races. I ended up with a 6th, 2 7th's, and an 8th I believe in all my races. I got in a few good laps right behind Ty (he must've been feeling his two crashes) I never thought I'd see the day where I could read "Howard" on the back of someones leathers for 2 full laps. Other than that great racing battling with a bit Clint Shobert, Garet Tomlinson, and Carlos Lescale. See you guys at the next one.

Thanks a ton guys, I really appreciate it. It was kind of a trial by fire for me as I hadn't ridden Cresson in 18 months and that was before I even had raced as a novice... so I had to learn my lines and pick up the pace in a few practice sessions. My lap times weren't what I'd expected, but I went faster than a few of last years rookie experts did in 08, and some of those guys are now winning races so I can't complain at all considering it's only my second expert weekend.

Way to go D-jones! You got up to pace pretty quick considering the short amount of practice time you had, job well done...
