I dont think they make a shark guard for my bike.

My bike comes with one stock, but didn't have it anymore when I picked it up. I've gone back and forth on getting a stock one installed, I'm currently leaning towards not putting one back on. Having one definitely would keep my undertail cleaner and that would be a bonus.

I take mine off and put it on as the mood hits me. Most of the time it's on though. Looks good without it, but it's nice for the added protection of the bike.

Look under the chain guard and and see what it keeps off of the rest of your bike.......

true. the bike in question is in tip top condition. and the chain gets changed like its oil lol. I will take the hugger and guard off for a while and see how it looks.

Bought my old cbr without the chainguard/hugger.

There is everywhere. Grease mainly. One day I'm gonna order one and hopefully clean all that up. It's a mess.

I worry all the time though about that chain snapping one day and just taking my calf out.

lol not literally. btw an oil change at eximports will run you similar lol.

I do have a lot of old chains sitting around though. mostly 525, some 530 and now a few 520s.
