Glad it happened at a stand still and not on the road. The guy in the truck opened the door and asked if you were ok. I told him ya. LOL

What was really crazy is that while the light was red I got off of my bike to take a quick head count of everyone, I turned around and see you falling over. I never seen anything like that before. LOL

I checked out your bike when we went to Motorcycles Unlimited today and it wasn't that bad. Just the brake lever, and peg. A little bit of scratches here and there but nothing to crazy!

Glad you are ok and holla at me when its all fixed and ready to ride again.

two days after i bought my bike (also brand new) i pulled into a gas station to make a phone call. put the side stand down, and went to lean it to the RIGHT side. ITS ON THE LEFT, DUMBASS! barely caught it before it was too late. what sucked was there were two guys in a truck on their lunch break laughing their off at me. such a noob.

Bout 2 or so weeks after I got mine I pushed it in b/t my driveways cuz cars blocked me in. Went through bout 5 feet of grass not knowing the kick stand was down only to find out the grass had moved it up slightly causing me to drop my . Went down light I pretty much broke the fall my friends said it looked like it was in slow-mo. :BangHead: I tried to laugh but it wasnt happenin

That sucks...
When i was in my msf class, i went to park the bike and didn't realize the kickstand was up. Dropped it in front of the entire class. I was pretty embarrased. It was my first time being on a bike.

I think we should start thread for these stories... Give everyone a laugh.

You know, the only bad thing about this is, I've been on this bike about a year, and I used to ride dirt bikes before. So, I'm not really that much of a noob. Just a dumb@ =]

but the classic thing was when we got the bike back up after words, and you threw the half a foot peg... and then when you got the bike started and pulled in the brake lever and it just made the metal to metal tink sound on the wayt to the ground!!! i'm sorry i had to turn and laugh because that was something you would see out a of a movie. from bad to worse!!! but man at least your ok. still funny as sh*t though!!!! but don't worry everyone has a dumb point in their own motorcycle history...
