HIIIIIII everybody!

Just wanted to stop in and introduce myself. 32yr old white male from the north side in Spring. Ive been learning to ride over the last year or so myself so I still consider myself to be a super noob. I did finally pick up my "dream bike" on Ebay as well last week. Its a 94 FZR 600r in white with 16, 000 miles.

Just waiting on final delivery at this point. Needless to say, Im super excited. i currently ride a 93 bandit 400 which I've thoroughly enjoyed as well. Only problem is, she isnt running right now and I cannot figure out why. I'll make a second post in the appropriate area for that though.

Anyway, hope to run into you guys soon. Here is a better picture of the majestic beasts lol.

Welcome to the forum. That is one clean FZR. Super jealous. When I was young I would go to the dealer around the corner a drool all over a FZR just like that. Still an awesome looking bike to this day.

Welcome, love the FZR. I was lucky enough to own a brand new '89 FZR 600 when it was first introduced. It was so much better than the air cooled, 2 valve FZ 600 I was riding at that time. Your bike looks new.

haha me too man me too....but unfortunately I cannot for the life of me figure out what the is wrong with her. I rode to my buddy's and when I went to leave, nothing. Just dead. All lights come on and she attempts to start when I jump the relay but nothing. No click when I try to start or anything.

Checked all the normal stuff, battery is new. Checked fuses, replaced solenoid and still nothing. Bypassed the clutch safety switch and still nothing. I. Am. Losing. My. Mind. lolol

But you'd be more than welcome to once I get her back on the road. My 86 VFR just chills and is desperately waiting for some attention as well. For shame how I neglect that one.

Thank you so much for the invite. If my bandit was running or the FZR was delivered yet I'd absolutely be there but it looks like I wont be able to make it. Happy birthday to your wife though. Hope yall enjoy the ride.

I'll be out as soon as I can, rest assured!

Thanks for the warm welcome folks. Can't wait to immerse myself in the bike culture. Also, anyone play poker by chance? If so I play around houston and always looking for other river rats to talk strat with.
