The one between 290 and 45 on BW8 does not pick up on the line...

Not that I recommend breaking the law or anything...

Well, for those saying the "White Line" doesn't work, put your plate lower, or pull a 10-12 o'clock and you will be good!

All the above is true IMO.
I don't think the cops is suggesting to break a law. Probably telling you that you are too close to the white line.

Interesting story too. I wonder what he wanted for real. Weird.

i ride the white line all the time, with eztag in hand...

but heres some advice,, if your gonna ride the white line,, please dont make it obvious, i see folks riding that white line for 100 meters before they even get there. you can get pulled over for it... i just zip in at the last second and zip out.. usually making what looks to be a lane change, (with blinker of course)

LoL, should I dig up the letter they sent me, with my pic, and the bill on it? I called them and luckily I had an account set up with them, just billed it to my account, it was about 20+ incidents...

Don't call me a lier...

we used to have a cop ride with us few years back that was at these toll booths on occasion not only did he say white line works but encouraged a buddy of ours to make a top speed speed run through it just so he could radar him and let him know how bad his speedo was off!

Used to, anything over 105 and the sensors wouldn't get ya'...
But its been changed, you gotta do over 140 (I think) to bypass it...

I learned first hand, EZTag sent me a bill... with a pic of me on the bike, and a zoomed in pic of my plates...
If that happened, then you didn't ride the white line all the way through.

Well I don't have the pic, and can't access it online anymore, but I'm telling you the original pic showed me on the bike, both lanes, and then some. Riding the white line would not matter. There were like 4 pics of me, including the zoom in on my plates.

Don't believe me though, find out for yourself...
The reason "your not getting caught" is because there is no cam installed.
Riding the white line will only avoid alarming the sensor (the eye catching flashing red light)...

I only know this because I tried to fight it, but eventually gave up, it's not a moving violation, it's considered revenue generating as far as they are concerned.
