Wish that worked, my wife cooks all the time now, bakes and everything, and alas, i am still skinny. 6' 160Lb. When I was 18 and lifting, taking shakes, and keeping in shape for boot camp, I was at 4% bodyfat and 171Lbs. I would love to be there again, just don't have the time.

Don't worry about weight so much. Your metabolism will slow down soon enough.

I'm 6' around 200lbs. Used to work out alot and eat 5-6 meals a day. Never could break 160lbs until I was 23-24 years old.

I'm 5.11 ( some people that know me here say that i'm more like 6.2..who knows) and weight 176, with the guidance of Joneric (big gunz lol) I got here from being 158, no muscle, now i feel great.
