it was the area between an onramp and the freeway. so i looked paved...there WAS a shoulder there but it was about 2 feet across. with all the high water and being dark outside in a pourly lit area it just looked like smooth ground. youd have to see where i went in. youd know what im talking about.

full coverage is a good thing so hopefully things go ok. as much as i like the car i wouldnt mind having it be totaled so i can get an older car so i dont need full coverage. maybe ill get something with power going to the correct wheels! =P

Gryphin, it never stopped raining as far as i saw. it was raining from the time i got up (4am) till now.

these are my ideas in order.
1) 1998-2001 Suby impreza 2.5 Ride Smart Coupe.
2) 2002-03 Suby 2.5 Non-turbo
3) 90-93 Mitsu Eclipse GSX
4) or if it comes down to it, 97-98 240 =P

well, tuens out the engine was fine...it wasnt locked, it just shut off when water hit the MAF so it wouldnt damage the motor. all it needs is a flush and to be re-upholstered. i should have it back in a week or so. im thinking about selling it though, ionno. =/

Sorry to hear about your car man. Happened to me once and now I drive a TAHOE WITH 6" LIFT SITTING ON 35" TIRES! WHOOOHOOOO!!!!
