Bike bait...

Yeah yeah yeah, its been thought of before, but why cant this be truly be implemented. Think if it as target practice. We have to show these crooks we are a force not to be taken lightly. I am hearing more and more of these bikes being stolen and since I have fallen a victim to there ways I am all for the "rub out". And I am not just venting. The cops can only do so much... Why should the insurance companies have to pay for there evil deeds. That�s like saying its ok for the criminals to do it.

Constructive criticism allowed...

Well I lost my bike to some assjack that thought he deserved it more than I did! I hope it gets recovered but the police didnt give me much hope when I was doing the report. Guess ill be on the 450 only for a while.

i'm trying to figure out the best way to tell my boss he needs to pay me O/T. i work 60hrs a week and don't get any O/T. i wasn't aware untill recently that's against the law. I just don't want him to say, ok, go get paid O/T somewhere else because i can't afford to go looking for another job. then again i'm strapped as it is, and getting my overtime pay would certainly help. any suggestions?

Some jackass at school decided to back in their (harley) motorcycle, but apparently had no fucking clue as to how to do so, and wound up rubbing up against my bike.

I got the pleasure of watching it happen, and got even more pleasure confronting him after he decided to walk away after he had examined my bike.

He managed to scratch my left side plastic, and hooked my clutch lever and flexed it back so hard its now making some eerie creaking noises...:er:

He has agreed to replace the lever(s) as a set:thumb:, but said he doesn't know how he will replace the plastic.:angry7: (i told him we would work it out, as it was already damaged)

So, my questions to you guys are:

Who all has ordered the levers from rideitmoto.com?

How long did it take for you to get them?

How did they fit?

Do they seem like they are decent quality?

Are the long ones comparable to the OEM length?

Are the short ones true "shorties" or are they the annoying 3/4 length?

So ive been in the market for a new bike. NEW with 0 miles.
i wanted a GSXR 1k 2009 model, but out the door deal was 10.8 (i myself didnt see that as a good deal) bike was 2 years old just about.

well now im looking at the ZX-10s and they look kinda sexy. haha i liked the way i sit on them oppose to cbr's. and im no fan of yamaha, ever since they had engine problems. 2 years ago. (yes i know they saID THEY fixed the problem) but its not my style. besides the R1s hit rev limitor way to fast. ( i can see myself blowing a motor out within a year)

so anything good/bad about a ZX-10. and what you think i can get it for Out The Door.

i read something about someone walking out with a new 09 ZX-10 for like 8.5 i think AJ was the one who said that

So MH iam in Kuwait,I was riding with a couple of friends,I was speedin and saw a cop,I got scared and slowed down but he didn't do anything later on when we stopped I told them I was doin 120+ but the cop didn't do anything!!! ,the law is cops can't chase/stop a bike unless they see you stopped/parked later on.since alot of people died/wrecks being chased so they can't do it anymore!!!!! I am loving ridin here,wish the laws were like that in Houston!!! :D

So I'm on my way to work going down 288 and I smell burning oil bad. Check my gauges and I'm. Good clear the over pass and I see a silver GSXR bellowing smoke. I laugh cause I'm guessing its the valves burned up. Well as I get closer I noticed the rear tire is very shiny like its covered in oil and that the smoke is coming from under the bike not the pipe. Then I see he's dragging something directly under the motor. So I pull up next to him and honk and wave repeatedly but he is in a warpspeed tuck at 60mph and I can't get his attention. I didn't want to cut him off or make any quick moves cause if it were oil on the tire figured he may lose the bike, and he was in shorts and tee with just a helmet. What would you have done? Since I couldn't get his attention I did get his pic lol

Anyone on here use them? looking for some opinions. I was wanting something unique and found these for an excellent price. I had the CRG levers and they seemed kinda flimsy and cheap for the price of them. Never had ASV but a friend had them and they seemed nice so I cant decide between the 2.
