Recently i've been eating subway alot. I've heard that subway is somewhat healhty for you. This is what i usually get:
-foot long cold cut
-american cheese toasted (not good:( )
-bell peppers
-banana peppers
-lettuce
-cucumbers (sometimes)
-red wine vinegar (it says its low fat)
-sweet onion (rarely)
Hows this lookin? I dont get the chips and drink because i just drink water with it. What do ya'll get?

If you look on subways website for calories you will see that tuna is bad becuase of the fat in the mayo (6" tuna is 530 calories)and adding bacon just makes it worse. In the book eat this not that they recommend the 6" Double Roast Beef Sub which is only 360 calories.
Personally I get the Oven Roasted Chicken Breast with light mayo and stack on the veggies. Veggies are considered "free" food so eat all you can. They fill you up as well. (320 calories for 6")

The tuna has a suspiciously low amount of protein for the quanitity, meaning its likely sacturated in mayonaise. And what do they do when the tuna gets more dry? ADD MORE MAYONAISE. :yeahno:

turkey rather than cold cut, more protein less fat. oh yeah do double meat as well.
swiss cheese is a better bet on the cheese.
vinegar has no fat, and load up on the veggies!! also the oregano and pepper are calorie free.
