Camping - Gates open 5:30PM the day before the event

8:00AM-8:20AM - Track Drive

8:30AM-8:50AM - Riders' Meeting (Mandatory for EVERYONE Present)

NOTE: Lunch time will vary, however it will take place around 12:30am. This depends on event dynamics. This is to be able to maximize your riding time.


IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Every participant should make sure to bring their registration confirmation (email printout), which includes their order # and other registration information. We may request to see it to clarify information, and it will also help to make the check in process smoother for everyone.

2. Each participant is encouraged to print out their rider check in forms. They are attached in this thread.
Printing and filling out these forms will make your check in process much quicker, giving you extra time for other preparation work, or rest.

levels 3 and 4 have already been filled. Standby list is being compiled but none on the list are guaranteed to ride. Riding spot in filled groups depends entirely on whether we have a no show or a cancellation.
This is unknown until 8:30am-9:00am on the day of the event.
If you decide to ride up without a confirmed seat on a roster, you will be taking chances. We would love to have you with us, however, we cannot exceed the rider caps per each group.
It is also strongly recommended that you sign up for the correct level, appropriate to your riding skill.
Those in level 4 who decide to sign up for level 2 should be aware that they will be expected to follow all rules for that level once on the track.

There is still space for level 1 and 2. I think we are down to 8 spots in each. If you are still on the fence, now is the time to act either way.
