Anyone have one of these? I saw them before but never had a chance to use one. Ice heard they work great and I figure I could get one to waste time at work.

I've had the same one for 12yrs.

It can be noisy, but it is fun and annoying at the same time. When the resistance builds up and its had to make full circles it gets frustrating.

Even better is trying to get coworkers and friends try it and fail lol.

Damn that's a long time, what is it suppose to strengthen? Is it for the arms or hands?

what is this thing?! how do you use it? by reading the site, it sounds like you just rotate the ball :shrug:

can someone give me a better explination as to how you use this?

I remember when Sharper Image use to sell these. I had one in high school. We'd spin it until the damn thing was screaming and the put it against someones leg to brush burn the piss out of 'em.

not worried about that, between customers im by myself, so I have no one to bother.

the gyro in the ball rotates some high rate which adds resistance to work out different areas of your arm and wrists. it comes with a cd and teaches you a lot of different excercises
