what classifies as in-active ?

I was the 2nd member on this board and look at my post numbers in comparison to others.. I may not have time to type out posts and reply, other times i get so caught up in the utter BS flame wars that I simply close the site all together and reflect on why anyone is even here in the first place......

At times there is some very good clean humor and information here but 90% of the time its trivial highschool name calling and BS. I know a few members on here that no longer have bikes, no longer have the will to engage in childish arguements, and simply can't stand the mentality of most on here so they left and stuck with HSN or TwT, SSBA or other bike specific sites. Maybe 90 days of inactivity does warrant a deletion but I would be more concerned with the "why" they no longer post vs. the why are they still here.

Where I come from (Chicago) I was a member of Chicagoriders.com. I joined before the site had 1K members back in May of 04 (site was created in Aug of 03), and the site now has over 3K members. Many of whom do not post. How about this, I am a member at Stuntlife.com and have visited the site maybe 5 times in my 2 or 3 years as a member. I actually used their site to look up those other people from houston area and there was a link to this site. This site seems very much like the group of people who I rode with back in IL. You have those who are serious, those who are pricks, those who are internet pricks (but then they are nice when you finally meet them), and those who don't give a shitand use the internet as a way to make your workday pass by a little quicker. Oh yeah, you probably got "b-dubs" too (biker whores), but I haven't seen them yet. Perhaps they are a little more evident in Chicago as they come out only in the summer months. We also call them curb monkies. Girls or late teens who own gear, but no bike and they show up to places like PP1 looking for someone to ride there ass on the back of their bike. Anyhow, many people may use the site as an informational tool for meeting up on rides etc. Anywho, my two cents here is done.
