Yeah Ive been working on my stomach and now that i have low fat on it I am going for the 6pack!!!!!!!!!!!!
So what workouts do you guys do..

Hang from a pull-up bar and touch your toes (don't bend your knees)...
Get in the position to do dips, keep your ankles pressed together, hit your left knuckle with your left ankle an so on...

sit ups....lots of them
and its not only doing the workout, you need to get your diet it check
getting punched and kicked in my abs......

+1, your abs muscles are too small so no matter how many gazillion exercises you do for your abs if you eat like me (tacos, churritos, tortillas, papitas, gorditas) you will never have one, plus the fact that i had a car accident and destroyed them lol

ooooh, the good old vitamin T. You might want to check your diet, seems you are not getting enought Tortas.

Ab exercises will not make your mid-section smaller, exercise, core-training, and cardio will. It is not likely to spot reduce weight, meaning reduce bodyfat in one particular region. Cleaning up your diet by eating only whole wheat carbs with minimal or no Enriched anything. Much fruit, water and protein. Don't cut carbs too much, eat plenty for energy, just make them quality. Up the intensity of your cardio on regular basis and if consistent with program you will see results.
*I am not a professional nutritionist and never played one on tv

abs are built in the kitchen sadly enough. sure it helps to exercise, but until you lose the fat on top of them you can do situps, crunches and any other exercise you want and will never "see" the results.

I see my abs pop out when I am under tension, such as military presses. They are coming out more and more as I exercise :nod:
Now, when I lay down on my bed, I can see my penis without sucking in my tumtum.

how is that? is it because you're getting a cardio workout that burns fat and so your abs show through? i thought plyo was all about jumping or moving faster.
