3 Piece wheels(car?)

I have a set of wheels I would like to have coated in black. They came polished, and have only seen about five miles of street use. I need to pull one apart anyhow due to a leak from the factory(B/W the inner and outer barrel)
The inners came anodized from the factory, so only need the centers and outer rim coated. I can pull them apart, just would like someone that knows what they are doing to coat them. Someone recomended Allied PC'ing, but their website kinda scares me(Mainly do patio furniture??)
Here is a pic of one of the wheels... The rears are 17", front 16"

not bashing Allied, but they are an assembly line type outfit, nobody there does a hands on treatment like us. One of the reasons we are growing like mad, Our level of quality is un-parralleled in the industry, FACT.
I'll do those for $90 each wheel, in other words, the two pieces for 90.
and show quality when done.

That sounds fair. I need to find someone to dismount the tires. I went to all the major places and nobody would touch them(Something about three piece wheels being a liability??)
There is a performance wheel shop around the corner, just need to find time to go there.
Do I need to schedule an appointment to drop them off, or just swing by anytime you are open?
