It looks and sounds really good and loud too (108 db's :eek: ) really smooth out the power curve and made it alot more linear. extra power feels nice too :thumbup even on the low end.

New Battery Box Install and Re-Installation of battery, main harness, temp sensor, tip switch, fuse box, computer, etc.... it was a really tight fit, but they all squeezed in there.....

Pipe Installation the can was a really tight squeeze. note everything is ceramic coated.

Heat Sheilding it came with a thick heat pad down the middle and small peices over the LED turn signals. i added several more layers, and around the exhuast hole, over the wires etc. after this pic i added some thin aluminum sheet metal near the front of the under tail. the can and pipe came REALLY close to the plastic and was gonna heat it up.

Test Fire well the moment of truth. but all was good, engine fired right up, brake light worked, turn signals all worked, etc.... sounds AWESOME! :rockon

Plate Bracket my first attemt the next day. its not gonna work. as you can see it rubs the tire, you cant see the plate, and theres no provisions for the inspection sticker. looks good though, not my best polish job, but hey its just a licence plate braket :D fabing up a new one tonight...

Cool...I am a big fan of undertail exhausts...having had a 2nd close to 3rd degree burn from a side exhaust on my right leg...ahhh the smell of burning skin..

Maybe try mounting the plate with one of those brackets off the axle?
