Here's a good source for a workout if you are just starting out...

1) Go here (http://bellyoff.menshealth.com/SNC/ViewItem.aspx?itemGUID=3c7210f6-3f16-4e2c-9528-1f2775dc857f&pguid=f11af873-2ef5-4d59-802c-892406ffe605)

2) Choose one of the three workouts (No Gym Classic, Bodyweight II, Fully Loaded)- the one that most suits your goals

3) Start sweating and burning that fat

Think lean :keke: Check out that Belly Off Program, they've got a few dieting strategies to make them abs pop....gotta spend some time in the gym too but Poop's right, it's mostly what you eat as well as genetics that will determine what your abs look like. Some folks will simply never have that "cut up like lunch meat" look no matter how hard they work, of course, you'll never know if you don't try

no doubt. its very hard for me to cut under 6% bf... fact is when i get that low, i lose too much muscle and hate the feeling. id rather hang around 13% and squat over 600lbs than be super cut and have to be total food nazi.

Yeah that's a problem I'm running into, can't cut too much more weight because I start losing muscle fast. I'm sitting around 7% and weigh about 185 and my abs aren't doing the Ryan Reynolds thing just yet...I've got definition but they aren't poppin like crazy either, thing is, that 7% is essential fat so I ain't trying to cut anymore. Guess I'll just avoid water for a day or two before I go to the stupid beach. :keke:

Good sites! Thanks.

I am a lucky one, I guess, because I have always had good abs- even at 20% bf my tummy is flat and tight, and when I was about 104 lbs they were popping. But at 104 lbs I don't have enough bf to have boobies...

I'd like to be about 15-16% bf. My problem area is my butt and legs, though- no matter how small I get, I cannot lose my legs or butt. :-/

Anybody have a butt buster diet/exercise program? I do a lot of cardio exercise and a kickboxing class, but only a few times a week- not enough for weight loss...
