does anyone know if bikes can get "preferential parking" at Minute Maid. Considering the neighborhood I hate to even park my truck down there and I'm sure as hell not going to park my bike in some dingy lot behind a bailbonds shack.
Wondering if "nice parking" is available near the park for bikes?

I know of one lot behind bells ans whistles that has bike parking, and it's right across the street from the left field entrance, but as far as parking on right up close, they will ticket your ass before the players take the field, take it from exp. if they don't go ahead and tow it, luckily i never got towed

I have no problem not parking on the curb close to the stadium. I understand why they wouldn't want that there. I'm just looking for bike friendly (aka safe) lots nearby. Is there a single lot that bikes tend to use?
Thanks for the tip on bells & whistles. I'll look into that one.

Me and my buddy rode our bikes to the Yankee's game last season. Parked both bikes right up next to the park at a free parking meter (literally as close as you could get to the park itself as far as parking goes and enjoyed the game. :thumb:

Sifu, Pete and I parked at Vic and Anthony's across the street one time.
Just make sure you have reservations at V&A beforehand.
We just parked on the curb next to the restaurant.
The food there is better than the ball park and we beat the traffic out of the park too!

I usually park under 59 right by the entrance to that parking lot, almost always other bikes there and police instructed me to park there, and I'm pretty sure the guys directing traffic stand right by there till the end of the game, so I usually feel pretty safe about it.

i rode to one, paid the dude $5 1/2 of what he was asking and kinda stuck in a "no parking" section.
