How much would you charge?

Been thinkin about rebuilding lately and wanted to check prices on PCing. All 4 rearsets in gloss black. 2 case covers in gloss black. 2 fork tubes in gloss black. 2 rims, frame, subframe and swingarm in bright blue. Do I get a discount for PC 80% of my bike:shrug:. Whats the time frame for something like this? Will need to do the fork seals for sure soon how long would it take to do them?

case covers = $50.00
fork tubes = $50.00
rims = $160.00
frame = $125.00
sub frame = gotta see it!
swing arm = $75.00

5-7 day turn around. all prices are estimates we need to see all the pieces and we will come to an agreement.
